Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra Assesses Operational Preparedness at Western Air Command Station
Air Marshal Jeetendra Mishra, the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Western Air Command, visited a key Indian Air Force station to evaluate its operational readiness and capabilities. Upon his arrival, he was honored with a ceremonial Guard of Honour, underscoring the significance of his visit.

Throughout his inspection, Air Marshal Mishra thoroughly assessed the station’s combat readiness, infrastructure, and overall preparedness. His visit included an operational sortie aboard the Su-30MKI fighter aircraft, allowing him to directly experience the flying operations and mission profiles conducted at the base.

During his time at the station, the AOC-in-C engaged in extensive discussions with air warriors and support staff, focusing on operational challenges, training standards, and the crucial need to maintain a high level of alertness in a rapidly changing security landscape.
