Air Marshal B Manikantan Reviews Operational Readiness at Bareilly with Su-30MKI Sortie
Air Marshal B Manikantan, who serves as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Air Command, paid a visit to the Air Force Station in Bareilly from May 18 to 19, 2026.
Upon his arrival, he was greeted with a formal Guard of Honour.

During the visit, Air Marshal Manikantan participated in a sortie aboard the Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighter jet. He assessed the base's operational readiness and the measures taken to enhance its capabilities.
He also officially opened a newly built Station Medicare Centre, designed to improve healthcare services and welfare support for Air Force personnel and their families.

While interacting with the station's personnel, Air Marshal Manikantan praised the air warriors for their professionalism, dedication, and unwavering commitment to maintaining high operational readiness.

He urged them to continue striving for excellence and to uphold the operational standards expected by the Indian Air Force.
