ADG NCC West Bengal & Sikkim Motivates 250 Cadets at 14 Bengal NCC Battalion Visit
The Additional Director General (ADG) of the NCC Directorate for West Bengal & Sikkim paid a visit to the 14 Bengal NCC Battalion at Krishnanagar Government College. During this visit, the ADG engaged with over 250 NCC cadets, Associate NCC Officers (ANOs), and Principals, reinforcing the organization's dedication to cultivating future leaders and responsible citizens.
Throughout the engagement, the ADG emphasized the core values of discipline, leadership, integrity, and selfless service. He urged the cadets to live by the NCC motto, "Unity and Discipline," in both their personal and professional lives. The ADG encouraged the young cadets to play a significant role in nation-building and act as positive societal change agents.

The program also included a ceremony where the ADG honored outstanding cadets and ANOs for their achievements and exemplary performance, acknowledging their dedication and contributions to the NCC movement.
Subsequently, the ADG proceeded to visit the 14 Bengal Battalion NCC in Muragacha, under the Kalyani Group. There, he reviewed ongoing training and administrative operations, interacted with the NCC community, and assessed various initiatives aimed at improving cadet training and the overall effectiveness of the organization.

The visit offered a platform to evaluate the battalion's efforts in promoting leadership development, character building, and social responsibility among cadets. The ADG expressed appreciation for the professionalism and dedication exhibited by the staff and instructors in nurturing the next generation of youth leaders.
